DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At the moment, Gnuts does not suggest the format to purchase a product through Gnuts Gift Cards or any type of Gift Cards available.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

In this platform, the following credit and debit cards can be used as payment:

If you are paying for your order using a credit or debit card you'll be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process, and you'll find further instructions when you process your first order.

Please, note, your credit or debit card may be subject to payment verification by your issuing bank.

Take into account that we'll never ask you to make a payment for anything using any of the below.

We don't accept:

• Cheques or postal orders.

• Cash in any currency.

• International wire transfers.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.
